Jodie's bio
Jodie Turner has been telling stories since 1985. As a mime, she wrote her own material performing it in Lunenburg County, Nova Scotia - at hospital, churches, parades and events.

The following year, she joined The Bulletin - a weekly newspaper - as reporter and photographer. She stayed 16 years, mastering her craft and considering it a privilege to serve the community.

In 2005, Jodie launched LuckyDuck web design and photography, continuing in the field, but with a technical twist. Since then, she and her husband, Allan Malinen, have launched dozens of websites from Hong Kong to Cape Breton Island.

On March 22, 2011, she was delighted to launch elder-zone.com, an online magazine and directory for and about seniors, their families and friends.
